Payments by Credit Card:
We accept all major debit and credit cards through Stripe with our online shopping cart. We provide secure checkout with a SSL Certificate and Stripe is PCI DSS compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).

Shipping Policy and Timeframes:
We ship products using the United States Postal Service Priority Mail class which usually takes less than 5 business days to arrive from the day the order is shipped. Generally orders ship within two days after they are placed if on a business day (Monday through Friday). If an order has extensive weight we may ship using UPS or FedEx which usually takes 3-5 business days.

• Please contact us by email in regards to your return to obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
• If your product is defective or damaged please explain the issue and we will contact you to resolve the issue and provide a return shipping label.
• Eligible products may be returned within 15 days of delivery to customer.
• Products must be returned unopened and in re-sellable condition in order to receive an exchange, store credit, or refund.
• Shipping on products for exchange or credit is at consumer cost.
• Zen Skincare & Waxing Studio will not issue an exchange, store credit, or refund until product is received and reviewed.
• All sales on clearance items are Final and not eligible for return.
• All return correspondence is conducted via email.
• Please allow up to five business days to process your return once we have received your returned items.

Status of Order:
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS or UPS tracking number. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder, or log into your account on Zen Skincare and Waxing Studio and verify your email address is correct. We will resend the tracking number if requested.

Cancel Order:
If you need to cancel an order placed through Zen Skincare and Waxing Studio please contact us within one hour to confirm cancellation.

Damaged Product:
If you happen to receive a product that is defective or is leaking please contact us by email and we will provide a return shipping label for the damaged product’s return. We will send you a replacement for the damaged product once we received and reviewed the returned damaged/leaking product.

Products Available for Pickup?

Yes, if you live in the Asheville or surrounding area we will contact you by phone to inform you that your order is ready for pickup. Zen Skincare and Waxing Studio offers a Skin Consultation with one of our esthetician’s that can take a close look at your skin and help determine the most appropriate products for your skin type and skin concerns.

Privacy Policy:

Any information submitted to us is regarded as completely private. We will never give or sell your private information to anyone else for any reason. By using this website, you are bound to the conditions of the privacy policy. If you disagree with the privacy policy, you should not use this website.

Personally Identifiable Information:
Zen Skincare and Waxing Studio, Inc. makes a concerted effort to minimize the use of your personally identifiable information for our own purposes. On occasion and based on your account preferences, we do email promotional emails to your email address. Customers are sometimes targeted for promotions because of their purchase history.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information:
Additionally, we collect technical information about your visit including IP address and browser type, but we do not store that information with personally identifiable information. Other types of information stored but not related to personally identifiable information include search words, navigation click paths, and other similar information.
